Join Trigger, award-winning artists and producers, for an exhilarating week of imagination and creativity!

Calling all children aged 5-11. This summer, step into a week of creativity, exploration, and wild wonder with our exciting 5-day holiday club.

Under the expert guidance of Trigger's workshop leaders, children will spend their days immersed in nature; building dens, following hidden trails, and discovering the stories of the nature on their doorsteps. Alongside these adventures, they’ll dive into theatre games, storytelling, arts & crafts, and imaginative play inspired by the natural world.

Expect a week full of hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and deepen a love for the outdoors. It's a joyful blend of nature and art, led by passionate local artists right here in the heart of North Somerset.

Trigger creates epic, imaginative spaces, flies giant dragons and grows magical pop-up gardens to interrupt daily life, reimagine and revive public spaces. It’s always memorable, often large-scale and outdoors.

Trigger’s Holiday Club will take place in Burrington Parish Rooms, running daily Monday 28th July – Friday 1st August.

Trigger's Holiday Club will be a welcoming space for kids of all experience levels. All materials will be provided.

Stay and Play

Stay and Play is an extra hour of supervised playtime for children between 15:00 - 16:00, in case a 3pm pick up is difficult for parents.

Stay and Play sessions are available each day for an additional £7 per session, per child. Please note if you do not require any Stay and Play sessions, you will need to set this to zero on the payment page.

Booking

Please note: once you have made payment you will be taken to a Booking Confirmation form. There is a booking fee of £2.65 per transaction. If you do not require Stay and Play from 15:00 - 16:00, you will need to set this to zero on the payment page.

Your booking will not be complete until you have submitted the form.

Look Back at 2024

On Monday, we got to know eachother by playing out some theatrical games and learned about the importance of local wetlands and aquatic wildlife, finishing the day with racing rafts of Rickford Stream.

On Tuesday, we took shelter among the trees on Burrington Ham and explored the local forest wildlife.

Over the week we used the powers of our imagination, from making puppet birds and chocolate nests to creating our 5 star bug hotel and putting together beautiful bug-themed costumes using upcycled clothing for our grand finale- the opening of the Bug Hotel and Bugify Me Fashion Show!
